- Is there a uniform requirement and if so what would I need to purchase?
- No uniform requirement for regular membership,
- Color Guard wears BDU's for ceremonies
- You can get the VFW garrison cap, but it is optional. Please visit: http://www.vfwstore.org/
- Is there a rank structure within the VFW? If so, how does it work?
- Rank Structure (top down):Post Commander, Senior Vice Commander, Junior Vice Commander, Quartermaster. Please visit the officers page.
- We also have several committee's. Please visit the Committee page.
- I noticed that Post #9473 sponsors a Boy Scout Troop, Does the Post have direct
involvement in the Troop.
- Boy Scout Troop 826 meets every Wednesday at 7pm. Drop by and talk with the Scout Master, Mike Johnson, about how to get involved. Use the side parking lot entrance.
- A military family member has passed away. Can the Color Guard help with the funeral?

- I am interested joining the Color Guard - who should I speak to about joining?
- Gary Pfaff is the color guard captain, Please visit the Color guard page, and contact him. He will be able to talk to you about the requirements for joining.
- Are there monthly meetings and if so when are they?
- The Post members meeting is the second Tuesday of the month, 7:30pm. Please visit the Calendar page (its off site) to see all the other events, meetings and times.
- What are the hours of operations?
- Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM 'til Close*
Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 PM 'til Close*
*..Always until 9, depending on participation.
